Candidates and Elected Officials
Many candidates and elected officials seek to learn about the role neighborhood organizations can play, how to connect with them, and how to develop a great working relationship.
TRAINING & NETWORKING
We encourage all candidates and elected officials to regularly attend C4N Nashville and the Quarterly Neighborhood Leadership Forums. This is a great opportunity to meet other neighborhood and community leaders as well as discuss critical issues facing neighborhoods.
You may be interested in taking our Emerging Neighborhood Leaders Academy and attending The Planning School. We always encourge candidates and newly-elected Metro Council Members take Policy and Zoning 101 and 201.
CONSULTATION & REFERRAL
We have an open-door policy. Candidates and elected officials are always welcome to visit us to discuss neighborhood issues.

COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS
Are you considering legislation that will impact local neighborhoods? We can help you with a focus group or facilitated dialogue with neighborhood leaders from across the Metro Area.

Offer scholarships to your constituents so that they can attend C4N Nashville and our leadership development programs at little or no personal cost to them.

Effective community engagement is central to developing the services and programs that citizens need and want. Neighbor 2 Neighbor is able to help you more effectively connect with neighborhood organizations and key neighborhood influencers in many neighborhoods across the Metro area.

We regularly encourage government agencies to participate in C4N Nashville and/or the Good Neighbor Day Festival. This is a great opportunity to meet other neighborhood and community leaders as well as discuss critical issues facing neighborhoods. Exhibit space is free to all government agencies.
We offer lunch and learns, as well as other training activities, in your workplace. We are happy to create a training opportunity specific to your needs.
