Advance Registration Required. There is no onsite registration available.

Registration Fee Options

Thanks to the generous support of a grant from the Metropolitan Council, our sponsors, and people like you, we are able to offer the conference at a significantly reduced rate and on a sliding scale.

We ask that each registrant select the highest option that they can afford:

ADULTS

$75 - Full Rate

$55 - Reduced Rate

$35 - Significantly Reduced Rate

YOUTH (Ages 12-24)

$40 - Full Rate

$30 - Reduced Rate

$20 - Significantly Reduced Rate

SCHOLARSHIPS

A limited number of full and partial scholarships for adults and youth are also available. Call (615) 782-8212 if you are unable to afford the rates shown above. Please make your scholarship request before Friday, March 8, 2024.

Cancellation Notice

Refund (Less 20%) before March 1, 2024. No refunds following this date.
You may transfer your registration to someone else up to 24 hours prior by calling 615-782-8212.

Registration Deadlines

Online registration closes on Friday, March 15, 2024.
Mailed registration forms must be received by Friday, March 15, 2024.
Hand-delivered registration forms must be received at our offices by Noon on Friday, March 15, 2024.
